PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to submit his enquiry report to the second respondent initiated by him based on the letter of the second respondent in his Express Memo Na.Ka.17/2017/Ve.Se.Sa dated 31.08.2017 and direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders based on the enquiry report, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fourth respondent.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner was appointed as Salesman in the fourth respondent/Society. He was on leave for a long period. When he returned for duty, he has not been allowed to work. Therefore, he has given representation in this regard on 21.08.2017. The petitioner moved the second respondent in this regard. A formal enquiry was also conducted. But then final orders are yet to be passed.

4.The second respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law in this regard in any event within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
