before the learned Judicial Magistrate as per condition in para No.7 made in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18918 of 2023, dated 22.11.2023. 2.

Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18918 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
