ORDER

The defendants 1 and 2 in O.S.No.174 of 2024, on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the defendants have filed their written statement on 28.11.2024, and the matter has been referred to Mediation on the ground that parties are siblings.

3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, they are not willing to settle the matter through Mediation, in view of the fact that the matter has already been decided by this Court in A.S.(MD)No.7 of 2023. In such circumstances, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit on merits. 4.In view of the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.

5.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
