ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.712 of 2024, dated 24.12.2024 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they have entered into a compromise and the same was filed before this Court.
3. The defacto complainant and all the accused are present and the defacto complainant represented that he entered into a compromise as they are known to each other. A compromise memo, dated 14.02.2025 signed by the parties, is also filed before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that in this case already investigation completed and charge sheet filed but not taken on file by the learned Magistrate Court.
5. This Court has perused the terms of the compromise memo.
6. Considering the nature of the offences and the relationship between the parties and they have also entered into a compromise, it is appropriate to allow this petition.
7. Recording the compromise, this petition stands allowed and the First Information Report in Crime No.712 of 2024, dated 24.12.2024 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The compromise memo, dated 14.02.2025 filed by the parties shall form part of this order.
