PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD). 3271/ 2022 in CRL OP(MD).2831/2022 : To modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 2831 of 2022, Dt. 16.02.2022 as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli. PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD). 3273/ 2022 in CRL OP(MD).2883 : To modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 2883 of 2022, Dt. 16.02.2022 as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli. CRL MP(MD) No.3270,3271 & 3273 of 2022 These petitions have been filed to modify the condition as 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police' instead of 'shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli' in Crl.OP(MD)No.2830 of 2022, dated 16.02.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 16.02.2022, he has been released on bail with some conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. After releasing on bail, because of the viral fever, he is not in a position to comply the condition. In view of the several orders that has been passed infavour of the petitioner, making him to appear before the respondent police in one batch of matters and directing him to appear before the concerned Court in another batch of matters. Due to which, he has experienced some difficulties. Hence, he seeks above said modification.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court, dated 16.02.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
