This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to publish voters list for the TRD 1893 Sokkampettai Milk Producers Co-operative Society, Sokkampettai, Gandharvakottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.According to the petitioner, as per the election schedule announced by the Registrar to conduct election for TRD 1893 Sokkampettai Milk Producers Co-operative Society, voters list should be published on or before 22.03.2018. But, so far, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
voters list has been published. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that already voters list has been published on 22.03.2018, as per the election schedule. 4.Recording the above submission, as the voters list has already been published, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the voters list to the petitioner on payment of cost. No costs.
