ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 and to register the FIR based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2019, 06.09.2019 & 23.12.2019.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that earlier the petitioner sent a complaint dated 29.08.2019, based on which enquiry was conducted in current paper No.645 of 2019 and it had been closed. Thereafter, the petitioner had preferred complaint before the third respondent and it has been forwarded to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.4295 of 2020 fourth respondent and that enquiry has been initiated and summons have also been issued to the counter parties and she would submit that enquiry would be conducted and action would be taken. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondents to conclude the enquiry within a stipulated period.
4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2019 and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
