ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in name of enquiry without due process of law.

The petitioner involved in so many cases in other district also. He also involved in a case in Crime No.1819 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koodalputhur Police Station and he was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15715 of 2020. In so far as the complaint received from the third respondent, the petitioner also involved in the case of job racketing, therefore harassment or katta panchayat does not arise.
