PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the 1st respondent to forward the petitioner complaint on the file of the 3rd respondent dated 05.02.2022, to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to forward the petitioner complaint on the file of the 3rd respondent dated 05.02.2022, to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
