This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere into the civil dispute, as per the registered partnership deed in document No.21 of 2014 on the file of the District Registrar of Firms, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the complainant as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has

already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
