ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondent to renew the petitioner's licence for running Aavin milk parlor in front of CF Hospital, Oddanchatram, for a period of one year, commencing from 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019 by considering the representation received by the respondent on 12.03.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, licence was granted to him for running Aavin milk parlor in front of CF Hospital, Oddanchatram for a period of one year, commencing from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018. As per the proceedings of the respondent, the petitioner is entitled for renewal of licence. Hence, he has made an application to the respondent for renewal. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application for renewal of licence is pending with the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.03.2018.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
