ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and property under Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner being a Senior Citizen filed an application on 16.02.2023 before the first respondent / Superintendent of Police, Trichy District. However, action has not been initiated by the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the petition filed by the petitioner is numbered as C.S.R.No. 92 of 2022 even after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the petitioner failed to turn up.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 has submitted that the petitioner is his mother and he has filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.163 of 2019 and the said suit was dismissed for default.
5. Considering the above, the respondents 1 and 2 are, therefore, requested to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and on appearance, considering the request of providing protection as per Rule 21 of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009, without causing any delay.
