This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of one Pitchaimani and Karthi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that no complaint was received against the petitioner in connection with any offence or crime. He further submitted that there is no scope for any enquiry or harassment.
