Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and M/s.S.BHUVANESWARI, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21083 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024. 2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner on his own willingness, has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the defacto complainant by way of demand draft. However, contrary to the undertaken given by the petitioner, he has filed the present petition before this Court, which is not sustainable one. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
