*********** Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner belongs to a Schedule Caste community. He has studied only up to 8th standard. He had obtained driving license to operate heavy vehicles. He registered himself with the Employment Exchange on 05.04.2007. The petitioner has married out of his community. The petitioner now wants the Employment Exchange to sponser his name for suitable job vacancies under the inter-caste priority category. He gave a representation in this regard on 30.05.2016. Since it was not yet processed, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court called upon the second respondent to appear in person. It was stated that the petitioner having passed only 8th standard is necessarily bound by the rules relating to age limit. Since the petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste Category, he has been give a relaxation of five years. If the petitioner had been aged below 40 years, he would have been considered. Since he has crossed the age limit, it is not possible to consider the request of the writ petitioner. Therefore there is no merit in this writ petition.

5. This Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To:
