ORDER
Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The limited prayer, which is sought for by the petitioner, is only a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024. Aggrieved by the decision of the order passed by the third respondent on 08.06.2024, the petitioner has preferred the above said representation.
3.Considering that the appeal is pending from August 2024, there shall be a 2/4
direction to the second respondent to dispose of the said representation dated 05.08.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity by way of personal hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
