When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Thilagar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 10.03.2021, in which, it had been stated that permission has been granted to conduct the Mahasivarathiri Festival. 2.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition by this Court and accordingly, the same stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
