Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SUGADEV, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.529 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024 as 'the petitioner report before the Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai daily evening at about 05.30 p.

'the petitioner report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 p.m until further orders'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a dialysis patient. Since he is unable to travel from Chennai to Tenkasi, filed this petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
