ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents 2 and 3 to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.F.No.254/1 measuring to an extent of one cent in T.Kunnathur Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. 2.According to the petitioner, one cent of land in S.F.No.254/1, situated at T.Kunnathur Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District was assigned in her favour by the proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.06.1987. Now she wants to construct a house in the above land and in order to measure the property and fix boundaries, she has made an application before the respondents on 08.02.2018 and she has also paid necessary fee. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending with the respondents, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 08.02.2018 and survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the land as per the revenue records, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
