This petition is filed to to direct the respondent to exhume the body of the petitioner's mother namely Pooranam, who died in the road accident and deceased person in crime No.70 of 2013 and initiate necessary action to conduct postmortem within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Prima facie, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted now, due to the paucity of time and this criminal original petition is dismissed.
