ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the petitioner's name in Survey Nos.1197/4, 1197/7, 1197/1, 1197/3 and 1120/9 situated at Sembiyanatham Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2017. 2.Heard Mr.M.M.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.According to the petitioner, the above mentioned properties are originally belonged to her father viz., Arumugam Gounder and during his life time, he executed a will in favour of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner and after his demise on 21.04.2004, the will came into force and the petitioner has become the owner of the properties. Subsequently, the petitioner has made an application before the respondents on 01.11.2017 seeking patta in her favour in respect of the said properties. But, so far, no order has been passed. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending for long time without passing any orders, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners as well as to the interested parties, if any.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
