Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
