ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, to dispose the case in RCOP.No.1 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that RCOP.No.1 of 2018 is filed in the year 2018 and therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the case.

3.Considering the fact that RCOP.No.1 of 2018 is pending from the year 2018, the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, is directed to dispose of RCOP.No.1 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
