This petition is filed seeking quashment of the proceedings in SC.No.1/2020 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been transferred to the Special Court for SC & ST (PoA) Act Cases, Thoothukudi, which has been taken cognizance in SC.No.118/2020 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move a fresh petition.
