Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also bronze idol of Valagurunathan situated at Angala Easwari Temple at Nesaneri Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, thereby the same ought not to have been removed by anybody from the temple and grant such other further relief as this Court may deem fit and proper. ORDER

This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also bronze idol of Valagurunathan situated at Angala Easwari Temple at Nesaneri Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, thereby the same ought not to have been removed by anybody from the temple.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instruction, submitted that already 107 Cr.P.C., proceedings initiated between the two groups.

3. Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
