Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to entertain petitioner's appeal dated 20.07.2016 and to take appropriate action to cancel the joint patta in Joint patta No.671 by conduct enquiry in accordance with law. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to entertain petitioner's appeal dated 20.07.2016 and to take appropriate action to cancel the joint patta in joint patta no.671 by conducting enquiry, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 20.07.2016.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
