Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the retirement benefits i.e., provident fund, gratuity, earned leave, arrears of salary and all other accrued benefits to the petitioner along with 12 % interest from the date of retirement on 31.05.2012.
