O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience by not carrying out the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.15347 of 2023 dated 10.06.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (13.06.2025), learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)No.1121 of 2025 was filed, challenging the order made in W.P.(MD)No.15347 of 2023. That Writ Appeal was allowed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by setting aside the order made in the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submission, further proceedings in this Contempt Petition is dropped. In the result, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
