This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C directing the III Additional District Judge, (PCR Court) Madurai to consider the petitioner`s bail application on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.31 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 01.12.2020 upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Poornachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order: This Court, by its order dated 01.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13615 of 2020 directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned III Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Madurai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not in a position to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned III

Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Madurai, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading this order, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
