This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.61 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
