ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.2 to 4, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.07 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed and the case taken on file in C.C.No.128 of 2015, before the Additional Mahila Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Magistrate Level), Tirunelveli and after full trial, the accused were acquitted on 27.05.2016.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
