O R D E R

The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 to A5 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. The Court below is directed to dispose of of C.C.No.11 of 2015 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioners will have to co-operate with the trial.
