ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.S.Madhavan, Additional Government Pleader, Advocate for the Petitioners, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the period of three months to comply the order, dated 08.08.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.19054 of 2024.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time for complying the order dated 08.08.2024 in W.P(MD)No.19054 of 2024. is extended by another three months from today. It is made clear that the other conditions in the order dated 29.10.2024 shall remain unaltered.
