This petition is filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is being harassed under the guise of enquiry.

3. It is not in dispute that the case has been registered as against the petitioner and the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail. Though the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed for granting anticipatory bail, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner's appearance is required and that he will be called upon for an enquiry by issuing summons prescribing date and time, apart from that there is no harassment.
