ORDER

The present Sub Application has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P(MD)No.1790 of 2024, on the ground that proper "no due certificate" has not been issued to the writ petitioner. Now the Administrator of the Co-operative Societies has produced "No Due Certificate", dated 26.03.2025, in compliance of the order of this Court. Therefore, it is not necessary to re-open the contempt petition.
