This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on a civil dispute and also based on the fabricated and created document with complaint dated 12.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and some documents have been fabricated. Based on those documents, the third respondent has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the second respondent started to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Therefore the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that third respondent's complaint have been received through postal and so far, the respondent police have not called the petitioner for enquiry and not even they contacted him and therefore, no
