This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.02.2015 and give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty and his licensed property in Kodimangalam Kanmoi, Madurai District as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is a party to the proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer, which is posted for hearing on 18.06.2015.
