This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 103 days in preferring the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 24.07.2024 made by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Sub Court, Thanjavur in MCOP.NO.985 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
