2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, Crime No.01 of 2017 dated 05.02.2017 pending before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
