Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

2.The petitioner approached the respondents for housing loan. The first installment was sanctioned and also disbursed. However, the second installment was not sanctioned or disbursed. Seeking release of the remaining loan amount, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The respondents have filed a detailed counter affidavit. The learned standing counsel took me through its contents. The liability of the petitioner to repay the loan commences from the date of receipt of first installment. The specific stand taken in the counter affidavit is that the petitioner committed repeated defaults. Even the cheques issued by her were dishonoured. 4.In any event, these are business decisions and in a transaction of this nature, it would not proper for the writ Court to interfere. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
