This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 07.02.2023, and consequentially revise the Status of petitioner pending on the file of the respondent No.1 in Tamilnadu Police E-Service Portal (which is been maintained by the respondent No.2 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while passing the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2430 of 2019, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund. That was paid on 28.08.2019.
3. learned Government Advocate submitted that final report has been filed in e-filing in C.C.No.6718 of 2022 and the same was not taken on file so far.

4. In view of the submissions, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems and also from the website within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the final report also be struck off from the file.
5. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
