Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to withdraw the case in Crime No.182 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and direct the respondent No.1 to change the investigation from the second respondent to other investigation agency and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within the stipulated time.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.182 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and direct the respondent No.1 to change the investigation from the second respondent to other investigation agency and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating since she is said to be living in North India.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she will cooperate for investigation by appearing before the respondents as and when required.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
