ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused No.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.7 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 07.04.2015, this Court directed the matter to be listed today for reporting compliance of the terms of compromise.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the compromise is not likely to be given effect to and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the affidavit filed before this Court.

4. In view of the same, the affidavit filed by the parties is directed to be withdrawn and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
