ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.109 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and file a final 1/4

report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.109 of 2022. He would further submit that investigation is almost completed and he seeks one month time for filing final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.109 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
