This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to dispose of the case pending in D.V.No.1 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses. 3.Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to dispose of the case pending in D.V.No.1 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
