ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021.

2.When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner himself has given a statement before the enquiry officer in C.S.R.No.270 of 2021, wherein he has stated that due to dispute with the private respondents in repaying the amount, he has given the complaint. It has been sorted out and therefore no further action may be taken upon the representation made him. Based on his statement the complaint came to be closed on 18.07.2021.
