ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Ramanathapuram, to number the petitioner's 156(3) Cr.P.C petition and proceed as per law, within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondents 2 and 3, but no action has been taken by them. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the first respondent on 07.11.2022, but the first respondent has also not taken any action and the petitioner has no other option, has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the trial Court and the same was returned without any valid reasons. Hence, the petitioner has filed this present petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the material available on record.

4. Considering the above, the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Ramanathapuram, is directed to process the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C as per procedure without returning the same.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
