This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in crime No.52 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.52 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.39 of 2018 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
