ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the above First Information Report in Crime No.1360 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already laid the final report before the jurisdictional Court through E-filing No.1990/2023, on 24.02.2023.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 01.03.2023 das 2/4
