This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a preliminary enquiry is pending.

3. In the above said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for preliminary enquiry and while conducting enquiry, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner and if the presence of the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for any enquiry, he can be called only after issuing summons prescribing date and time and in the manner prescribed in law.
